For Q3 FY26, Rossell Techsys achieved its highest-ever quarterly revenue from operations, reaching approximately INR 130 crore, marking a significant 72% year-on-year increase. The nine-month period ending December 31, 2025, saw the company's total income surge by a remarkable 98% year-on-year, climbing from INR 173 crore to INR 343 crore. This impressive revenue growth translated into strong profitability, with Profit Before Tax (PBT) rising to INR 8.2 crore for the quarter. For the nine-month period, PBT soared to INR 19.0 crore, a substantial rebound from INR 1.2 crore in the previous year, even amidst elevated finance costs. The semiconductor business, for instance, generated over INR 10 crore in its first qualified quarter, while space programs have advanced to volume-ready status, with the first major production batch scheduled before year-end. This strategic pivot is reshaping the company's revenue mix, with management projecting a shift from the current 70% aerospace and defence and 30% non-aerospace and defence split to an approximate 50-50 ratio by the next financial year.

This diversification is a testament to the company's ability to leverage its high-reliability engineering and manufacturing expertise across new, high-growth domains. The company submitted bids totaling approximately INR 700 crore across these sectors during the quarter and secured firm orders exceeding INR 200 crore. This robust order pipeline, coupled with strategic agreements worth over INR 2,500 crore (to be executed over 3-5 years) and confirmed Purchase Orders of INR 750 crore (for the next 2 years), provides strong revenue visibility.
