FY2026 showed strong topline growth for both covered players, but with different mix and margin outcomes: CARE delivered very high standalone ratings profitability (48% EBITDA margin in FY26), while ICRA’s consolidated growth skewed toward Research & Analytics (R&A) (boosted by Fintellix consolidation) with reported profitability affected by amortisation and a one-time labour codes charge (excluded for comparability in one view).
