IPO Objective

The net proceeds from the Fresh Issue will be utilized towards the following objects:

Purchase of Flatbed Trailers (Fleet) to minimize reliance on third-party logistics providers and gain better control over goods transportation. The company plans to purchase twelve commercial flatbed trailers, including eight heavy-duty and four lighter-duty models, to enhance its service array and operational flexibility across diverse geographical locations.
•
Prepayment or repayment of all or a portion of certain outstanding borrowings availed by the Company to reduce outstanding indebtedness, maintain a favourable debt-equity ratio, and free up internal accruals for business growth and expansion.
•
To meet the working capital requirements necessary for funding the company's operational needs and supporting business growth.
•
General Corporate Purpose, which may include strategic initiatives, brand building, meeting unforeseen contingencies, and other corporate exigencies.
