Aarvi Encon's Q3/9M-FY26 Performance: Growth Amidst Sectoral Expansion

Aarvi Encon specializes in technical staffing solutions, including deputation of technical staff, project management, construction supervision, inspection services, pre-commissioning & commissioning assistance, and O&M services.

The company targets a wide range of sectors such as oil & gas, power, LNG, refinery, petrochemical, renewable energy (wind, solar), infrastructure, telecom, fertilizers, cement, automobile, and information technology.

For Q3-FY26, Aarvi Encon reported an operational income of INR 167.4 Crore, EBITDA of INR 5.4 Crore, and a net profit of INR 4.0 Crore. Diluted EPS stood at INR 2.69.

In Q3-FY26, Aarvi Encon signed 13 new clients, received 33 new orders, and secured multiple orders in the Solar Module & Panel Manufacturing segment. The company also expanded its Chennai operations with a larger facility.

Aarvi Encon primarily operates in India and has successfully expanded its international operations, particularly in the UAE and the United Kingdom.

For 9M-FY26, Manpower Outsourcing contributed 87% of the business mix, while O&M accounted for 10%, and Others for 3%.

As of 31st December 2025, the Promoter group holds 73.53% of the shares, while the Public holds 26.53%.
