ArMee Infotech forms four renewable-energy SPVs since 2025

The group’s reported milestones show a change in the range of disclosed business activity, but not a revenue split by segment. ArMee Infotech reported turnover above Rs 500 crore in Fiscal 2023 and above Rs 1,000 crore in Fiscal 2024. The 2025 milestones then identify the first solar EPC turnkey contract and multiple solar EPC and solar PPA projects, but the prospectus does not allocate the Fiscal 2023 or Fiscal 2024 turnover between IT-related and renewable-energy activity.

ArMee Infotech says it and its subsidiaries are collectively engaged in IT-related services and renewable-energy services, creating the possibility of common pursuits.
