Capillary Q4 FY26: Growth stays strong as margins widen and cash builds

Q4 FY26 revenue from operations was 191.35 crore (26 percent YoY) and adjusted EBITDA was 35.72 crore (28 percent YoY).

FY26 revenue from operations was 734.6 crore (23 percent YoY) and adjusted EBITDA was 106.92 crore (43 percent YoY).

FY26 total NRR was 110 percent, with organic NRR at 114 percent and inorganic NRR at 94 percent (TTM ending March 31, 2026).

In Q4 FY26, subscription revenue was 170.95 crore (89.4 percent of total), other services (installation) was 18.65 crore (9.7 percent), and campaign services was 1.75 crore (0.9 percent).

Cash and bank balance as of March 31, 2026 was 506.99 crore, and net cash generated from operating activities in FY26 was 149.91 crore.

Management said SessionM closed on May 1, 2026, adds 35 million dollars ARR from 40+ logos, and should be break-even in year one, slightly positive in year two, with significant margins expected from year three as upgrades progress.
