EIH Associated Hotels FY26: Strong operating metrics, softer reported profits

For Q4FY26, revenue from operations was 127.2 crore, total income was 132.5 crore, EBITDA was 55.0 crore, and PAT was 37.7 crore.

For FY26, revenue from operations was 383.7 crore, total income was 403.2 crore, EBITDA was 138.3 crore, and PAT was 87.2 crore.

Q4FY26 occupancy was 79% and ARR was 17,696. Monthly occupancy was 76% in January, 84% in February and 79% in March.

The disclosed pipeline includes Trident Udaipur expansion (10 keys), Trident Jaipur renovation (127 keys), Trident Vishakhapatnam new hotel (125 keys) and a new banquet at Trident Agra (keys not applicable).

Net worth increased to 602 crore at 31 March 2026 (from 537 crore at 31 March 2025) and fund position increased to 308 crore (from 270 crore).
