Envirotech Systems FY2026: Revenue grows, reported profit cools as the business resets for a larger capacity base

The company manufactures acoustic and noise control solutions such as acoustic enclosures, anechoic chambers, engine test cell acoustics, noise barriers, acoustic louvres, and acoustic and fire doors, along with interior acoustics products.

For FY26, revenue from operations was INR 5,758.76 lakhs (INR 57.5876 crores) and PAT was INR 1,210.56 lakhs (INR 12.1056 crores).

Management stated FY25 included one-time other income from sale of property of INR 3.88 crores, which was absent in FY26, reducing other income and reported PAT year on year.

The company states the new unit of about 100,000 sq. ft. became partially operational in July 2025 and is expected to be fully operational in FY 2026-27, with delays linked to pending UPSIDA approvals.

The investor presentation states the order book as of 1 May 2026 was over INR 30 crores.

Management highlighted blast-resistant doors, CBRI certification for fire-rated doors, collaboration with CKM Taiwan for perforated aluminium acoustic insulation products, and an MoU with CSIR-NPL for photovoltaic noise barrier panels.
