Glenmark Q4 FY26: Growth-led quarter, pipeline momentum, and an AbbVie validation

Consolidated revenue in Q4 FY26 was INR 37,706 million (INR 3,770.6 crore), up 15.8% YoY.

Q4 FY26 revenue (INR million): India 10,201; North America 9,248; Europe 8,907; Emerging Markets 8,979.

EBITDA was INR 7,626 million (margin 20.2%). PAT was INR 3,013 million (margin 7.6%).

Management stated they book about USD 17.5 million per quarter (USD 70 million per year) as deferred out-licensing income recognition for ISB 2001.

RYALTRIS was commercialized in 55 markets, delivered over 50% secondary sales growth in FY26, and was launched in China and Thailand in Q4 FY26. Glenmark initiated end-to-end US commercialization.

WINLEVI launch in licensed EU markets planned in FY27; Aumolertinib first commercial launch anticipated in second half of FY27; Trastuzumab Rezetecan first wave of MA applications expected to begin Q2 FY27.
