Highness Microelectronics FY26: Profit jump, exports rise, and a Goa expansion plan

The company designs, develops, integrates, assembles and manufactures digital imaging solutions, including displays and medical grade monitors, serving defence and aerospace, railways, healthcare and industrial automation.

FY26 revenue from operations was 1,611.92 lakhs, EBITDA was 661.76 lakhs and PAT was 410.40 lakhs, as per the investor presentation.

H2 FY26 revenue was 877.02 lakhs versus 602.01 lakhs in H2 FY25; EBITDA was 484.81 lakhs versus 106.36 lakhs; PAT was 318.22 lakhs versus a loss of 5.34 lakhs.

FY26 domestic revenue was 706.79 lakhs and international revenue was 906.13 lakhs, totaling 1,611.92 lakhs.

The company stated it plans to set up a new TFT LCD module manufacturing facility at Tuem, Goa with an allotment offer for 5,000 sq. meters, including COG and FOG lines and a glass cutting and resizing line.

The presentation states the COG and FOG lines can enable production of up to 8000 small and medium sized displays daily.

Highness Microelectronics signed a strategic alliance MoU with Axiom Manufacturing (USA) to explore technical collaboration, resource sharing and manufacturing synergy for India and US fulfilment.
