Info Edge FY26: steady growth, higher margins, and AI led product push

Standalone revenue from operations was Rs 805 crore in Q4FY26 (17.2% YoY). Standalone operating profit was Rs 323 crore with operating margin of 40.1%.

Standalone recruitment billings were Rs 811 crore in Q4FY26 (+10% YoY) and revenue was Rs 581 crore (+14% YoY). Segment operating profit was Rs 340 crore and margin was 58.5%.

Management said revenue benefited from a one time reversal of accumulated warranty provision related to certain cost per lead products, increasing revenue for the quarter by about Rs 20.5 crore. Billings growth was 1.9% YoY.

Management described the hiring market as lukewarm with cautious corporate stance and geopolitical uncertainty. Recruitment billings growth moderated and stayed in the 9% to 11% range across FY26 quarters.

Management highlighted broader AI deployment across businesses and specific products such as AI Rex (agentic AI for recruiters) and AI powered jobseeker features like mock interviews, resume generation and AI generated job descriptions.

Standalone cash from operations before taxes was Rs 621 crore in Q4FY26 and Rs 1,469 crore for FY26. Cash balance including wholly owned subsidiaries was Rs 4,963 crore as of March 31, 2026.
