Medanta FY2026: Growth Holds, Noida Losses Ease, Capex Pipeline Builds

FY2026 total income was INR 45,089 million, up 19.6% year on year.

Noida generated total income of INR 906 million in FY2026 and reported an EBITDA loss of INR 783 million.

Q4 FY2026 total income was INR 11,958 million and reported EBITDA was INR 2,906 million (EBITDA before ESOP expenses).

The presentation states total capex of INR 45,424 million planned over the next five years, to be funded via internal accruals and debt.

Management stated they expect Noida to break even during FY2027, likely in the second half of the financial year.

Management guided capex of about INR 800 to 900 crore for FY2027 and about INR 600 to 700 crore for FY2028.

The company added 623 beds in FY2026, including 382 beds at Noida, 131 beds at Patna, and commissioning of a new 110-bed hospital near the existing Ranchi unit.
