Mindteck Navigates Q3 FY26 with Strategic Adjustments Amidst Revenue Shifts

Mindteck reported revenues of ₹100.46 crore ($11.5 million) for the quarter ended December 31, 2025.

EBITDA for Q3 FY26 stood at ₹10.45 crore ($1.2 million), showing a significant increase of 44.9% QoQ and 14.8% YoY.

Profit After Tax for Q3 FY26 was ₹5.05 crore ($0.6 million), which was lower compared to the previous quarter and the same quarter last year.

The current year's PAT includes exceptional items of ₹5.3 crore due to the impact of new Labour Code, affecting overall profitability.

In Q3 FY26, Talent Management contributed 64% of revenue, Product Engineering 19%, and Information Technology Services 17%.

The USA is the largest contributor at 43% of revenue in Q3 FY26, followed by APAC at 23%, IMEA at 21%, and Europe at 13%.

Mindteck had 85 clients in Q3 FY26. The top 5 clients accounted for 54% of revenue, and the top 10 clients for 67% of revenue.
