MM Forgings FY26: Revenue crosses 1,570 crore as mix shifts toward domestic demand and green power

Standalone FY26 total revenue was ₹1,570.05 crore with EBITDA of ₹300.37 crore and PAT of ₹113.86 crore. On a consolidated basis, FY26 total revenue was ₹1,605.62 crore with EBITDA of ₹296.17 crore and PAT of ₹98.67 crore.

Standalone Q4FY26 total income was ₹416.90 crore versus ₹363.06 crore in Q4FY25. EBITDA was ₹81.72 crore versus ₹80.70 crore, and PAT was ₹48.06 crore versus ₹36.24 crore.

For FY26, domestic contributed 64.5% and export contributed 35.5% of overall sales. FY25 was 61.5% domestic and 38.5% export.

FY26 region mix was India 64.5%, Europe 20.1%, US 10.3%, South America 3.9%, and Others 1.2%.

In FY26, Forged contributed 46% and Forged and Machined contributed 54% of sales. Sales per ton for FY26 was 1.91 (₹ in lakhs, as per the presentation).

The company stated it is transitioning towards 100% green energy, entered a long-term arrangement with captive power generating units, and started consuming green power from Feb 2026. It expects efficiency and margin benefits from FY27 onwards with improvements visible from the upcoming year.
