Prizor Viztech FY26: CCTV-led scale-up and compliance tailwinds

The company manufactures security and surveillance solutions including IP cameras, analog cameras and AI-enabled advanced cameras, and also markets display products such as LED TVs, monitors and touch panel displays under the Prizor brand.

FY26 revenue from operations was 14,794.1 lacs (147.941 crore), EBITDA was 3,321.9 lacs (33.219 crore) and PAT was 2,075.8 lacs (20.758 crore).

For FY26, CCTV Camera segment revenue was 11,425.0 lacs (114.25 crore) and Display Products revenue was 2,427.4 lacs (24.274 crore) as per the presentation’s segmental performance table.

The presentation highlights BIS-ER certification through STQC-accredited labs (received in 2026) and lists multiple certifications including BIS for CCTV and LED TVs, ISO certifications, RoHS compliance, CE mark and EPR registration.

The presentation states an SMT line capacity of 50 lakh PCB units per annum and FY26 assembly infrastructure of 2 assembly lines with total capacity of 16 lakh CCTV cameras per annum, expandable up to 40 lakh units per annum.

The company states it has 11,000+ dealers across India, serves 3,000+ tehsils and has presence across 21 states, with strong presence in Maharashtra, Gujarat, Tamil Nadu, Delhi, Andaman & Nicobar Islands and Jammu & Kashmir.
