Ram Ratna Wires FY26: Growth Accelerates as Copper Tubes Scale Up

FY26 consolidated revenue from operations was 5,176.6 crore, operating EBITDA was 263.6 crore (5.1 percent margin), and PAT was 108.6 crore (2.1 percent margin).

Q4 FY26 revenue from operations was 1,752.9 crore versus 956.7 crore in Q4 FY25. Q4 FY26 EBITDA was 93.2 crore versus 45.3 crore, and PAT was 39.2 crore versus 18.7 crore.

In FY26, enameled wires and strips contributed 76 percent of revenue, copper tubes and pipes contributed 22 percent, and others contributed 2 percent.

FY26 revenue mix by geography was 93 percent domestic and 7 percent exports.

The presentation lists manufacturing presence in Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu (winding wires and strips), Vadodara in Gujarat (expansion), and Bhiwadi in Rajasthan (copper tubes and pipes).

It states production has commenced at the Bhiwadi unit and that full-range Level Wound Coil production has commenced, while Inner Grooved Tubes manufacturing is in progress and at evaluation stage.

FY26 ROE was 20.9 percent, ROCE was 25.1 percent, and net debt to equity was 0.46.
