Saksoft Limited, a prominent digital transformation partner, recently unveiled its financial performance for Q3 and 9M FY26, presenting a narrative of strategic resilience amidst short-term market fluctuations. While the nine-month period demonstrated robust growth, the third quarter experienced a sequential dip in revenues, prompting management to articulate its clear vision and ongoing strategic initiatives designed to propel the company towards its ambitious 2030 goals. The company's consolidated operating income for 9M FY26 stood at INR 758.35 crore, marking a healthy 17.9% year-on-year increase. Operating EBITDA for the same period surged by 29.1% to INR 141.83 crore, with margins at 18.70%. However, Q3 FY26 saw operating income at INR 250.78 crore, a 3% decline quarter-on-quarter, primarily due to a temporary slowdown in spending from its top two customers. Despite this, net profit for Q3 FY26 was INR 29.02 crore, growing 7.4% year-on-year, and for 9M FY26, it reached INR 97.34 crore, a 23.6% increase year-on-year.
The company's revenue diversification across verticals remains a key strength. For 9M FY26, Emerging Verticals contributed the largest share at 47%, followed by BFS at 31%, Logistics at 14%, and Commerce at 8%. Geographically, the Americas accounted for 50% of total revenues, Europe for 29%, and APAC and other regions for 21%. This balanced spread helps mitigate risks associated with over-reliance on any single market. Management highlighted significant operational achievements during the quarter, including securing a multi-year digital transformation engagement with a leading US carrier in the logistics segment, focused on enterprise modernization, AI adoption, and cost optimization. In the commerce vertical, Saksoft partnered with a leading technology distributor to establish a joint AI Innovation Lab, operationalizing AI across sales, IT, and finance functions. Furthermore, a process transformation roadmap was developed for a leading European telecom company in the emerging vertical, aimed at supporting an AI-enabled Unified Command Centre.
