Sapphire Foods Q4 FY26: KFC Recruitment Drives A Better Quarter

Consolidated restaurant sales were ₹7,898.21 million in Q4 FY26 and ₹31,159.02 million in FY26.

KFC India restaurant sales were ₹21,136 million in FY26 with revenue growth of 11% YoY and restaurant EBITDA margin of 16.3%.

Pizza Hut India restaurant sales were ₹5,065 million in FY26, down 7% YoY, with restaurant EBITDA margin of -3.3% and SSSG of -9%.

Total restaurants were 1,052 as of March 31, 2026 (KFC India 575, Pizza Hut India 341, Sri Lanka and Maldives 136).

Management cited exceptional items including ₹62 million impact from labour code changes and ₹66 million merger-related ESOP modification costs, within total exceptional items of ₹127.96 million in Q4 FY26.

Management said the merger process is expected to be completed by the end of the financial year, subject to regulatory approvals, with SEBI clearance expected in 30-45 days and NCLT process estimated at 7-10 months thereafter.
