Shadowfax Technologies: Q3 FY26 Performance and Strategic Outlook
Shadowfax Technologies Limited, a prominent player in India's technology-led third-party logistics (3PL) sector, has reported a robust performance for the third quarter of fiscal year 2026 (Q3 FY26). The company, which recently completed its INR 1,000 crore primary capital raise and listed publicly, demonstrated significant growth across its key operational and financial metrics. For Q3 FY26, Shadowfax achieved a remarkable 65.5% year-on-year (YoY) revenue growth from operations, reaching INR 1,160 crore. This strong top-line expansion was complemented by an impressive 175.4% YoY increase in Adjusted EBITDA, which stood at INR 49 crore, translating to a healthy 4.3% Adjusted EBITDA margin. The company also reported a Net Profit of INR 35 crore, marking a substantial 440.6% YoY growth, underscoring its accelerating bottom-line performance.
The quarter's success was largely driven by strong volume momentum, with total orders growing by 61.0% YoY to 20.6 crore. The express parcel segment, a cornerstone of Shadowfax's business, was the primary growth engine, contributing approximately 75.7% of the total revenue and expanding by 71.9% YoY to INR 878 crore. This segment's growth was fueled by significant market share expansion, with express orders increasing by 67.9% YoY to 17.0 crore. The hyperlocal segment, which includes quick commerce and food delivery, also showed solid performance, with revenue growing 42.5% YoY to INR 200 crore, accounting for about 17.2% of the total revenue. Other logistics services contributed INR 81 crore, growing 65.4% YoY. This diversified growth across segments highlights Shadowfax's ability to cater to various digital commerce needs, from e-commerce to on-demand mobility.
Operational Excellence and Strategic Investments
Shadowfax's operational network is built on an extensive mesh network and a robust last-mile delivery system. As of Q3 FY26, the company boasted 4,519 touchpoints and a pin code reach of 15,166, covering a significant portion of India's geography. The middle-mile operational space stands at 22L+ MSF, supported by 3,000+ trucks on a daily basis. The last-mile network is powered by an average of 2.5L+ unique transacting delivery partners quarterly. This comprehensive infrastructure enables end-to-end control over the value chain, serving horizontal and non-horizontal e-commerce, quick commerce, food marketplaces, on-demand mobility, online retail, and D2C brands.
