Share India Securities Navigates Volatility with Strategic Expansion in Q3 FY26
Share India Securities Limited, a prominent technology-driven financial services firm, has reported a resilient performance for the third quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025 (Q3 & 9M FY26). Despite a period marked by market volatility and underperformance in 2025, the company demonstrated strategic agility and a clear roadmap for future growth. The consolidated total revenue from operations for Q3 FY26 stood at Rs. 372 crores, reflecting a commendable 9% year-on-year increase. Profit After Tax (PAT) for the quarter reached Rs. 89 crores, also growing by 8% year-on-year. For the nine-month period, the company recorded a consolidated revenue of Rs. 1054.3 crores, with a PAT of Rs. 266.4 crores.
The core Broking & Trading segment continues to be the primary revenue driver, contributing a substantial 92.77% to the 9M-FY26 consolidated revenue. This segment witnessed a significant boost in activity, with the Average Daily Turnover (ADTO) surging by 29% in Q3 FY26, from Rs. 7,500 crores in Q2 to Rs. 9,700 crores. This growth was largely attributed to market stabilization, increased participation, and a notable uptick in the commodity market, driven by volatility in gold and silver prices. The company also reported a 1% quarter-on-quarter increase in active retail clients and a 13% growth in active institutional clients, showcasing resilience in client acquisition despite challenging market conditions.
Financial Performance Snapshot (Consolidated)
Strategic Diversification and Future Growth Pillars
Share India Securities is actively pursuing a multi-pronged strategy to diversify its revenue streams and strengthen its market position. The company has made significant strides in expanding its wealth management and debt market offerings. The incorporation of Share India Cred Capital Private Limited in January 2026 marks a foray into a technology-driven fixed-income and investment distribution platform. This initiative is expected to be operational from Q1 of the next financial year, adding a new dimension to the company's financial services portfolio.
Furthermore, Share India Wealth Multiplier Solutions Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary incorporated in November 2025, is set to undertake Category III AIF and Portfolio Management Services (PMS) activities. The PMS launch is imminent, expected within the next 10-15 days, with the AIF license application already in process. These ventures are anticipated to kick-start wealth management distribution from the next financial year, contributing significantly to the company's product portfolio and long-term value creation.

Navigating Challenges and Optimistic Outlook
While the company's strategic initiatives paint a promising picture, it has also addressed challenges, particularly in its NBFC segment. The Net Interest Margins (NIMs) have seen a continuous decline over the past few years, and Non-Performing Assets (NPAs) increased in Q3 FY26. Management attributed this to a deliberate shift from unsecured lending in Tier 2 and Tier 3 towns towards a more secured book, a strategic course correction for better risk-adjusted returns. The reduction in NBFC client base and branch network is also a result of optimizing the unsecured book. The company transparently acknowledged a delay in the PMS launch due to compliance issues, demonstrating a commitment to regulatory adherence.
The management remains cautiously optimistic about the fourth quarter of the current financial year and the outlook for 2026. They anticipate incremental gains from their new initiatives, including the Silverleaf merger, which is expected to finalize next financial year and contribute Rs. 50-60 crores initially, with potential for 2x-3x growth. The uTrade Algo platform is also set for expansion to multi-brokers, with similar growth projections. The company plans to launch five pilot branches in Tier-3 cities from Q1 next financial year to double its Margin Trading Facility (MTF) book from Rs. 450 crores to Rs. 900-1000 crores in the next two years. This disciplined approach, coupled with a focus on digital innovation and customer engagement, positions Share India Securities for sustained growth and value creation in the evolving financial landscape.
