Baazar Style Retail Q4 FY26: Growth stays strong, margins take a hit

FY26 revenue from operations was Rs 18,409 million (consolidated IND AS).

FY26 revenue mix was 86 percent apparel (Rs 15,877 million) and 14 percent general merchandise (Rs 2,528 million).

The company revised annual guidance to 60 to 80 new store additions per year and outlined a plan to reach 500 plus stores in three years.

The company disclosed a strategic investment of Rs 331.53 crore from Cupid Limited via preferential issue of up to 1.01 crore equity warrants, convertible into equity shares within 18 months.
