In Q2 of FY2025-26, Kamat Hotels reported operational income of INR 751 Mn, marking a 12.06% decrease year-on-year. EBITDA also fell by 62.95% to INR 83 Mn, highlighting significant pressures on profitability.

A key area of concern this quarter was the underperformance in occupancy rates, heavily impacted by operational disruptions, including renovations at the Orchid Pune and environmental issues affecting Shimla and Manali properties.

Kamat Hotels aims to achieve a revenue target of INR 400 crore for FY 2025-26, banking on improved performance in upcoming quarters and leveraging its expansion into buoyant markets like Hyderabad.

Despite short-term challenges, Kamat Hotels continues to strategically expand its brand presence with new properties planned across key Indian cities, reflecting its commitment to growth and market penetration.
