Praveg has steadily expanded its hospitality footprint, currently operating over 825 rooms across 17 resorts and 1 hotel. Its recent ventures include the launch of the Praveg Adalaj Theme Park and new resorts in premium locations like Bangaram Island, Lakshadweep.

In H1 FY26, Praveg saw a 28.94% increase in total income to INR77.71 crores, despite a consolidated net loss of INR14.97 crores. The losses were attributed to higher operating costs at new properties and unfavorable weather conditions affecting seasonal resorts.

Praveg has significant PPP lease commitments with the government, which pose a challenge during low occupancy months. The company is unable to renegotiate these fixed terms but aims for better operating leverage by the second half of the fiscal year.

The company is optimistic about the second half of the fiscal year, expecting higher travel due to the festive season. Praveg's long-term strategy emphasizes disciplined expansion and capturing the demand for eco-responsible luxury travel in India.
