Dynamatic FY2026: Aerospace-led growth, steadier margins, and a reshaped revenue mix

FY26 consolidated revenue was Rs 16,213.4 million, up 15.5% from Rs 14,038.0 million in FY25.

Aerospace was the largest contributor, generating Rs 7,756.1 million and accounting for 48% of FY26 revenue.

Consolidated EBITDA was Rs 1,826.8 million in FY26, up 15.4% year on year, with EBITDA margin at 11.3%.

Aerospace revenue grew 27.6% year on year, Hydraulics grew 6.4%, and Metallurgy grew 6.9% but remained under profitability pressure.

The presentation reported exceptional items of Rs 275.7 million for FY26, Rs 142.7 million in Q3 FY26, and Rs 64.2 million in Q4 FY26.

As of Mar-26, net debt was Rs 4,614.0 million, and net debt to LTM EBITDA was reported at 2.5x.

The company stated exposure to EUR, GBP and USD, and reported a favorable year-on-year FX impact in Q4FY26 of Rs 253.59 million on revenue and Rs 27.17 million on EBITDA.
