Conclusion
Kiran Vyapar's September 2026 consolidated figures show investments and loans rising faster than total assets, alongside a reduction in cash and cash equivalents. The next results will show whether the expanded Rs 433.36 crore loan balance and Rs 2,470.01 crore investment balance continue to affect operating cash flow, impairment and borrowings. Kiran Vyapar also disclosed that comparative figures for the half year ended 30 September 2025 were restated after an amalgamation scheme became effective on 25 April 2026, involving shares received in Maharaja Shree Umaid Mills Limited.
