Which business segment does P&G Health report?
P&G Health identifies Pharmaceuticals as its single primary reportable segment under Indian Accounting Standard 108, Operating Segments. It therefore did not provide a separate revenue, profit or asset split by product category or additional operating segment for the quarter ended September 30, 2026 or the six-month period.
P&G Health also stated that it had no subsidiary, associate or joint venture as of September 30, 2026. The Audit Committee reviewed, and the Board approved, the unaudited results on November 2, 2026. Haribhakti & Co. LLP’s limited review report said nothing had come to its attention that caused it to believe the financial statement contained a material misstatement.
Conclusion
P&G Health recorded faster growth in net profit than revenue in the September 2026 quarter, with net profit rising 26% to Rs 110.56 crore and revenue rising 18% to Rs 382.49 crore. The six-month net profit of Rs 207.02 crore included the Rs 31.80 crore exceptional gain from the June 2026 sale of the Worli office premises.
The unresolved disclosure point is the absence of product-level or business-line figures because P&G Health reports Pharmaceuticals as its sole segment. Future financial statements will be needed to show whether revenue and profit before exceptional items continue to change without another separately disclosed property-sale gain.
