How is Pace Digitek expanding BESS manufacturing?
Pace Digitek doubled operational BESS manufacturing capacity from 2.5 gigawatt-hours (GWh) to 5 GWh through the August 2026 commissioning of Line 2, which has 2.5 GWh of capacity. H1 FY27 BESS production reached 0.844 GWh, equivalent to about 94% of the production achieved during all of FY26.
Line 3, which would add 5 GWh of capacity, was under implementation with commissioning targeted for December 2026. If commissioned as planned, Pace Digitek’s total planned BESS manufacturing capacity would reach 10 GWh, compared with the 5 GWh of operational capacity disclosed for H1 FY27.
Pace Digitek has developed an in-house BESS container prototype, with trial production scheduled for November 2026 and full-scale production planned from January 2027. The company said the facility is expected to meet about 50% of its container requirements; it also developed 261 kilowatt-hour BESS cabinets for the commercial and industrial segment and completed customer trials.

Revenue, EBITDA and PAT increased in Q2 and H1 FY27, although the H1 EBITDA and PAT margins were below the comparable prior-year period.
The next disclosed milestones are BESS container trial production in November 2026, targeted commissioning of the 5 GWh Line 3 in December 2026 and planned full-scale container production from January 2027. Pace Digitek’s stated FY27 and FY28 outlook depends on manufacturing expansion, project execution and opportunities across its Energy and Telecom & ICT businesses.
