Remsons Q1 FY27: Revenue Up 20% YoY, but Margins Feel the Commodity Squeeze

Consolidated revenue from operations was INR 1,197 million, EBITDA was INR 104 million and Net PAT was INR 29 million for Q1 FY27 as per the investor presentation.

The presentation shows India at 62% of Q1 FY27 revenue and rest of world at 38%.

Management stated an FY30 revenue aspiration of INR 900 to 1,000 crore and also indicated EBITDA guidance of 13 to 14% in the strategic roadmap slide.

The presentation mentions Magal Cables UK acquired in 2020 (renamed Remsons Automotive UK), BEE Lighting UK acquired in 2024 (51%), a majority acquisition of Uni Automation in 2024 and a JV with Aircom Group Poland for tyre mobility kits (Remsons stake 26%).
