R K SWAMY Limited, a prominent player in the Indian marketing services sector, has reported a robust financial performance for the third quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. The company's latest investor presentation highlights significant growth in total income and Profit Before Tax (PBT), even as it addresses market uncertainties and strategic shifts.
For the nine-month period of FY26, R K SWAMY's consolidated total income surged by 13.0% year-on-year, reaching Rs 247.50 crore, compared to Rs 219.04 crore in the previous year. This growth was accompanied by an impressive 34.8% increase in consolidated PBT, which stood at Rs 12.87 crore, up from Rs 9.55 crore. The third quarter alone demonstrated similar strength, with consolidated total income rising by 14.4% to Rs 90.87 crore against Rs 79.41 crore in Q3 FY25. Consolidated PBT for Q3 FY26 also saw a substantial jump of 43.2%, reaching Rs 6.13 crore from Rs 4.28 crore.
Financial Highlights
Despite the strong operational performance, the company's Profit After Tax (PAT) witnessed a decline. For the nine-month period, PAT decreased by 2.7% to Rs 6.16 crore, and for Q3 FY26, it fell by 24.2% to Rs 2.75 crore. This reduction was primarily attributed to an exceptional item of Rs 3.07 crore, incurred due to the impact of a new labour code. This one-off adjustment highlights how external regulatory changes can influence the final profitability, even when core business metrics are robust.

Its subsidiary, Hansa Cequity, is slated to publish an Enterprise-level AI application report shortly, aiming to provide a definitive guide for clients.
Furthermore, the company's growth initiatives are in a strong phase of execution. These include continued expansion in existing business activities, enhanced capability and capacity in Brand & Marketing Consulting, and increased utilization of its Customer Experience Centre (CXC) and Computer Aided Telephone Interviews (CATI).
