Lemon Tree Hotels is an Indian hospitality group that develops, owns, leases, manages and franchises hotels across seven brands spanning upscale to economy segments; as of 31 December 2025 it operates 130 hotels (11,772 rooms) with a pipeline of 129 hotels (10,170 rooms), totaling 259 properties and roughly 21,942 rooms under the Lemon Tree Hotels umbrella.

In Q3 FY26 Lemon Tree recorded its highest-ever quarterly revenue and Net EBITDA: total revenue Rs.407.8 crore (up 15% YoY) and Net EBITDA Rs.206.4 crore (up 12% YoY), with cash profit improving 14% YoY, driven by ARR growth and improved QoQ occupancy momentum across owned hotels during the seasonally strong quarter for Lemon Tree Hotels.

The company is scaling its asset-light revenue streams: it signed 17 management and franchise contracts in Q3 adding 1,855 rooms, managed/franchised rooms rose 32% YoY, and management fees increased meaningfully to Rs.48.2 crore in Q3, shifting Lemon Tree Hotels’ revenue mix toward fee-based, lower-capex growth.

Short-term margin pressure in Q3 FY26 was driven by higher renovation, technology investments and an adverse GST impact which together accounted for 6.4% of revenue; management expects these expense heads to decline to ~3.6% of revenue by FY28, implying potential EBITDA margin expansion for Lemon Tree Hotels as investments normalize and rate elasticity improves.

Aurika is a strategic premium focus: Aurika openings (Shimla, Shillong) and an Aurika development in Nehru Place signify deliberate expansion of upper-upscale inventory, while selective high-rate assets — including a 47-room Varanasi heritage hotel and international locations like Dubai and Nepal — highlight Lemon Tree Hotels’ push into premium and destination markets.
