The DSP BSE Sensex ETF, managed by DSP Asset Managers, aims to replicate the BSE Sensex Index through a market cap weighted strategy, offering investors exposure to large-cap Indian equities.

This open-ended scheme employs a tracking approach to mirror the BSE Sensex TRI, ensuring efficient replication of index performance with a minimal tracking error of just 0.02%.

The portfolio is heavily concentrated in the banking sector, comprising 35.7% of holdings, with significant allocations to HDFC Bank and ICICI Bank, indicating potential concentration risk.

Over the past year, the fund experienced a decline of 4.9%, reflecting market volatility, while its expense ratio remains competitive at 0.07%, enhancing overall cost efficiency for investors.

With a modest AUM of ₹8 Cr and liquidity considerations, the ETF is accessible via major exchanges, managed by seasoned professionals Anil Ghelani and Diipesh Shah since July 2023.
