AvenuesAI Limited is pursuing FY27 revenue of Rs 11,000 crore to Rs 13,000 crore through Rediff integration, US CCAvenue expansion and TISco development after H1 FY27 revenue from operations rose 71% to Rs 5,559.64 crore. The plan combines payment-volume growth with new enterprise, consumer and artificial-intelligence-led monetisation efforts.

How did AvenuesAI perform before setting its FY27 priorities?
AvenuesAI reported higher revenue, operating earnings and profit for the quarter and six months ended September 30, 2026. Q2 FY27 revenue from operations rose 47% year on year to Rs 2,879.24 crore, while operating earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation, or EBITDA, excluding other income increased 3% to Rs 98.88 crore. Profit after tax rose 6% to Rs 71.70 crore.
The H1 comparison showed faster growth than the Q2 comparison. H1 FY27 revenue from operations increased 71% to Rs 5,559.64 crore from Rs 3,245.12 crore in H1 FY26, while operating EBITDA rose 19% to Rs 198.90 crore and profit after tax rose 24% to Rs 156.47 crore. AvenuesAI also reported consolidated net revenue of Rs 151.32 crore for Q2 FY27, down 1% year on year, without explaining its difference from revenue from operations.
AvenuesAI said it is using competitive pricing to deepen merchant relationships and expand transaction volume. Payment transaction processing value, or TPV, increased 19% quarter on quarter to approximately Rs 1.77 lakh crore in Q2 FY27, while the payments net take rate, or NTR, moderated by about 4% to 5.06 basis points. Management described the lower NTR as part of its scale-building approach.
How will AvenuesAI integrate Rediff into its strategy?
AvenuesAI intends to combine Rediff’s consumer and enterprise digital ecosystem with its payment and AI capabilities during FY27. RediffOne, digital commerce and communication services are intended to deepen enterprise relationships, while RediffPay is intended to broaden consumer payment engagement. The company did not disclose a launch date, revenue target or customer target for either product.
Rediff is also a stated use of rights-issue capital. As of September 30, 2026, AvenuesAI had proposed Rs 87.66 crore for further investment in Rediff.com India Limited to expand its digital and payment ecosystem, and disclosed Rs 76.70 crore as utilised. This allocation supports the integration programme, but does not establish a future revenue or profit contribution from Rediff.
The intended integration links Rediff’s commerce and communication products with AvenuesAI’s payments infrastructure. CCAvenue offers more than 200 payment options and supports merchant acceptance through websites and mobile devices in 27 international currencies. The release presents this product combination as a source of additional ecosystem revenue rather than as a separately reported operating segment.

What is AvenuesAI planning for US payments and TISco?
AvenuesAI intends to build an international payments franchise, including its previously stated US expansion priority, through CCAvenue. The company said it would use its payment technology, enterprise relationships and regulated infrastructure, while applying disciplined investment and execution standards. It did not disclose a US launch date, spending amount, processing target or customer target on November 6, 2026.
AvenuesAI already has operations in the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Australia and the United States, as well as an Oman presence through partnerships with three of that country’s largest banks. Its FY26 payments and platforms processed transaction value was Rs 5.04 lakh crore, and it said it serves more than 1 crore clients across digital payments and platform businesses. Those figures provide the operating base cited alongside its international plan.
AvenuesAI is developing the AvenuesAI Transaction Intelligence Score, or TISco, to apply permitted transaction and merchant-behaviour signals to risk assessment, fraud prevention, merchant intelligence and financial-services workflows. The company’s longer-term objective is to turn transaction infrastructure into an intelligence layer supporting measurable merchant and enterprise outcomes, subject to data-use and regulatory requirements.
TISco remains a development initiative rather than a disclosed commercial product. For the remainder of FY27, AvenuesAI said it would develop AI-enabled merchant workflows and TISco capabilities with clear commercial use cases and responsible data governance. The announcement did not specify a scoring methodology, pricing model, client count, deployment date or revenue expectation.
What FY27 targets and policy matters should be tracked?
AvenuesAI retained its previously communicated FY27 consolidated revenue guidance of Rs 11,000 crore to Rs 13,000 crore. H1 FY27 revenue from operations of Rs 5,559.64 crore represents the first half of that range-setting year, but management did not provide a quarterly revenue path, full-year EBITDA target or profit target. Its stated focus is merchant scale, operating discipline and monetisation through Rediff, enterprise technology and applied AI.
Merchant discount rate, or MDR, policy for eligible Unified Payments Interface, or UPI, transactions is an unresolved factor. AvenuesAI said any introduction, timing or scope of UPI MDR remains subject to government and regulatory decisions. The policy matter is relevant to a payments strategy that reported a 5.06-basis-point Q2 FY27 NTR while accepting lower pricing to increase payment volume.
AvenuesAI also said it would continue spending on platform reliability, merchant acquisition, performance and differentiated payment capabilities. For overseas opportunities, management said investments would be evaluated against measurable returns. This capital-discipline condition applies alongside the Rediff programme and the development of TISco in the remaining months of FY27.
Conclusion
AvenuesAI’s FY27 strategy pairs a transaction-scale model with plans for new monetisation routes. Q2 FY27 TPV rose 19% sequentially to approximately Rs 1.77 lakh crore as NTR moderated to 5.06 basis points, while H1 operating EBITDA and profit after tax increased 19% and 24%, respectively. Rediff integration, international CCAvenue activity and TISco are the three disclosed avenues beyond core payment processing.
The next disclosures to watch are RediffOne and RediffPay integration milestones, selected overseas payments investments and defined commercial uses for TISco during the remainder of FY27. Management’s Rs 11,000 crore to Rs 13,000 crore revenue guidance, any decision on UPI MDR, and further data-governance or regulatory detail will indicate how the stated plans are progressing.
