Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), a global leader in IT services and consulting, has announced a significant investment of USD 37 million to construct its largest delivery center in Londrina, Brazil. The new campus, expected to be completed by 2027, will create over 1,600 new jobs and serve as a strategic hub for clients across Latin America. This move underscores TCS's long-term commitment to the region, where it has operated for more than two decades.
The announcement was made at the Palácio Iguaçu, with the Governor of the State of Paraná, Carlos Roberto Massa Júnior, and the Country Head of TCS Brazil, Bruno Rocha, in attendance. The investment is one of the largest made by TCS in Latin America and signals a strong focus on expanding its regional capabilities.
The state-of-the-art facility will be built on a 9,000-square-meter plot and will consist of three new buildings. Designed to meet high environmental standards, the campus will seek a LEED Gold Building Certification, reflecting a commitment to sustainability. The project will consolidate TCS's existing workforce in Londrina, which currently numbers around 2,500 employees spread across three leased locations, into a single, integrated campus. This consolidation is expected to foster greater collaboration and innovation.
Governor Carlos Roberto Massa Júnior highlighted the project's transformative potential for the state of Paraná, positioning it as a major IT services hub in Brazil. He noted that the state government has been investing heavily in technology-focused education and training through its network of public universities, creating a skilled talent pool for companies like TCS.
Bruno Rocha, Country Head for TCS Brazil, stated that the new campus will be a future-ready innovation hub. It is designed to accelerate digital transformation for clients while contributing to the sustainable growth of the region. The facility will provide high-quality job opportunities for local talent and reinforce TCS's commitment to Brazil and the broader Latin American market.
The new Londrina campus will not just be a delivery center but also a center for innovation. It will focus on helping clients with business transformation through advanced technologies, including artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions. The center will also develop expertise in key partner technologies from Google, AWS, SAP, and Microsoft.
To support this vision, TCS has already launched AI labs in its Londrina offices as part of its global tcsAI Fridays initiative. This program is designed to accelerate AI adoption and foster an AI-first culture within the company, aligning with TCS's goal of becoming a leading AI-led technology services provider.
TCS has been a significant player in the Brazilian market for over 20 years. The company operates delivery centers in Londrina, São Paulo, and Rio de Janeiro, serving more than 200 clients across diverse sectors such as banking, insurance, mining, healthcare, and retail. Its consistent recognition as a top employer in Brazil for ten consecutive years reflects its strong local presence and employee-centric approach.
This new investment complements other strategic initiatives in the region. In September 2025, TCS opened its first TCS Pace Port™ in São Paulo, a co-innovation and research center aimed at helping businesses in Latin America leverage emerging technologies. The Londrina campus will further strengthen TCS's service delivery and innovation capabilities in the market.
This expansion solidifies TCS's position as a leading IT services provider in Latin America. By investing in local infrastructure and talent, the company is well-positioned to meet the growing demand for digital transformation services in the region. The consolidation of its Londrina operations is expected to improve operational efficiency and create a more collaborative work environment.
The focus on high-demand areas like AI and cybersecurity ensures that the new hub will be at the forefront of technological innovation, providing clients with advanced solutions to navigate a rapidly changing business landscape. The creation of 1,600 jobs will also have a positive economic impact on the local community in Londrina and the state of Paraná.
The USD 37 million investment in a new delivery center in Londrina is a clear indication of TCS's strategic focus on growth in Latin America. By creating a world-class facility, fostering local talent, and focusing on cutting-edge technologies, TCS is poised to enhance its service offerings and deepen its client relationships in the region. With the campus set for completion by 2027, this development marks a significant milestone in the company's two-decade journey in Brazil.
