The housing finance subsidiary, Aditya Birla Housing Finance Limited, continued its impressive 65% year-on-year portfolio growth. It has efficiently managed to reduce its stage 3 loans to 0.61%, reflecting top-notch credit quality and operating efficiency.

ABCL’s asset management arm achieved significant milestones, with its average AUM growing by 11% year-on-year, supported by strong SIP contributions demonstrating extensive investor engagement and trust in its mutual fund offerings.
