G R Infraprojects Limited is an integrated EPC infrastructure company focused on highways, bridges, railways, tunnels, power transmission, ropeways, MMLPs and select manufacturing for bitumen, crash barriers and OHE masts, operating across 24 states with ~10,057 employees and multiple in‑house manufacturing units.

Q3 FY26 operating momentum accelerated: consolidated revenue from operations rose about 36% YoY to Rs. 23,082.77 million and consolidated EBITDA reached Rs. 4,680.73 million, while standalone EBITDA margin was 10.07% and management guided Q4 standalone revenue near Rs. 3,000 crore supporting an improved near‑term execution run‑rate.

Balance sheet and liquidity improved materially: management repaid ~Rs. 262 crore of debt in the quarter, standalone debt‑to‑equity compressed to 0.03x, consolidated net debt metrics are substantially lower than prior years and credit ratings remain strong (CRISIL AA, CARE AA+), giving GR Infraprojects Limited room for selective equity allocation into SPVs and new verticals.

Strategic diversification is underway: the company has emerged as L‑1 for its first BESS project, is building an oil & gas EPC presence with an initial ~Rs. 2,000 crore association and targets Rs. 1,000+ crore revenue from oil & gas next year, signaling a deliberate move beyond traditional road projects.

The company continues to monetise operational HAM assets into an InvIT structure and retains a substantial pipeline (including three L1 road projects worth ~Rs. 47,100 million), which combined enhance cash conversion optionality and support future bidding, equity commitments and growth investments.
