The strategic JV PRIGIV with Givaudan is now contributing positively; it posted positive EBITDA in Q3 FY26 and will receive a Rs.50 crore equity infusion plus a Rs.150 crore non‑interest trade advance from Givaudan to deleverage the JV, indicating strong partner support and potential for incremental high‑value speciality molecule revenues.

Privi’s competitive edge combines the world’s largest single CST processing capacity, long‑term CST supply contracts with 70+ paper mills, top sustainability credentials (EcoVadis Platinum, CDP A) and a 116‑member R&D team, positioning the company to benefit from bio‑based demand, regulatory carbon regimes and China+1 sourcing trends.
