Rajshree Polypack Limited manufactures barrier plastic rigid sheets, semi-rigid sheets, thermoformed primary packaging and injection-moulded products serving dairy, food and beverage, bakery, produce, electronic and cosmetics segments across domestic and export markets, operating multiple units in Daman with recent capacity and automation investments.

Q3 FY26 revenue was ₹71.62 crores with EBITDA of ₹10.30 crores and EBITDA margins improving to 14.38% year-on-year; PAT rose to ₹2.13 crores, showing margin expansion driven by better product mix and operational efficiencies despite a small decline in overall revenue.

Exports are a clear growth driver, with export revenue rising 40.87% year-on-year in Q3 FY26 to ₹20.54 crores, supported by strong traction in injection moulding products and distribution across 13 countries, although US tariffs and seasonality have created timing and market-access headwinds.

Rajshree Polypack is actively de-risking costs and balance sheet sensitivity by converting ₹20 crores of loans into lower-cost foreign currency facilities and signing a captive renewable power term sheet expected to save around ₹1.5 crores per annum; management targets working capital reduction and no major capex to hit near-term revenue targets.

Through the Olive Ecopack JV, management expects paper packaging revenue of ₹120–130 crores for FY27 and is targeting consolidated plastic revenue near ₹360–370 crores for FY27, with medium-term aspirations to scale combined segments toward approximately ₹700–750 crores while improving margins and reducing debt.
