The company is executing a material capex programme totalling ~Rs. 541 crore focused on three major projects (Meghnagar Unit 8, Ratnagiri Unit 6 and Unit 5) to add ~4,50,000 MTPA fertiliser capacity and ~72,000 MTPA chemical capacity, funded via internal accruals supplemented by a recent promoter preferential allotment, reflecting a self‑funded growth orientation.

Shree Pushkar’s vertically integrated Acid Complex and by‑product reuse (zero‑effluent and gypsum reuse for soil conditioners) create competitive cost and sustainability advantages; certifications including bluesign and ZDHC plus an AI‑enabled ESG disclosure platform strengthen its non‑financial differentiation and export credibility.
