RateGain reported profit after tax, or PAT, of Rs 169.6 crore in H1FY2027, compared with adjusted PAT of Rs 207.6 crore. The Rs 38.0 crore difference was the deferred deal consideration related to the Sojern acquisition, the same item added back in adjusted EBITDA.
