Employee benefits expense decreased to Rs 7.30 crore from Rs 8.31 crore, depreciation and amortisation declined to Rs 1.33 crore from Rs 1.39 crore, and other expenses reduced to Rs 10.18 crore from Rs 10.96 crore. What did Stovec's review and balance-sheet data disclose?
Stovec's unaudited results were approved by the board on November 3, 2026, following review by the audit committee. Price Waterhouse Chartered Accountants LLP issued a limited review report and said nothing had come to its attention indicating that the statement was materially misstated or had not been prepared under the applicable reporting requirements. The review was conducted under Standard on Review Engagements 2410.

Conclusion
Stovec's September-quarter results show that the Rs 4.89 crore year-on-year rise in revenue did not translate into higher profit. The shift in inventory movements, higher stock-in-trade purchases, lower other income and lower reported segment results coincided with profit for the period falling to Rs 1.06 crore. The nine-month comparison also showed lower revenue and a Rs 1.55 crore decline in profit.
The filing does not set a revenue target, profit target or operating outlook. The next disclosed event is the reopening of the trading window for specified persons on November 5, 2026, following the board meeting that approved the September 30, 2026 results.
