What changed in Transwind’s receivables and payables?
Transwind’s trade receivables rose to Rs 17.39 crore at 30 September 2026 from Rs 6.08 crore at 31 March 2026. The cash-flow statement records the increase in receivables as Rs 11.31 crore, making it the largest current-asset movement reported for the six-month period.
Trade payables increased to Rs 20.91 crore from Rs 8.16 crore over the same period, a Rs 12.75 crore increase. The increase in payables was Rs 1.44 crore larger than the reported increase in receivables, although the filing does not provide creditor payment terms or a payables ageing schedule.
The balance-sheet movement in trade receivables is Rs 11.31 crore when stated in crore, while the underlying balance-sheet subtraction differs from the cash-flow figure by Rs 0.01 lakh because of reported rounding. Both disclosures show a substantial increase in receivables by 30 September 2026.
How did Transwind convert profit into operating cash flow?
Transwind generated Rs 49.78 lakh of net cash from operating activities for the half year ended 30 September 2026. Cash generated from operations was Rs 64.49 lakh before an income-tax payment of Rs 14.71 lakh.

The cash-flow statement shows that the Rs 11.31 crore increase in receivables, the Rs 1.30 crore inventory increase, the Rs 18.14 lakh increase in short-term loans and advances, and the Rs 19.65 lakh increase in other current assets used cash. These movements were partly offset by the Rs 12.75 crore increase in trade payables and a Rs 42.51 lakh increase in short-term borrowings.
Net operating cash flow of Rs 49.78 lakh for the six months exceeded the Rs 6.27 lakh reported for the year ended 31 March 2026. The filing does not disclose customer ageing, customer concentration, collection terms or a management target for the Rs 17.39 crore receivables balance.
