Yudiz Solutions reported a standalone net loss of Rs 23.28 lakh, compared with a Rs 35.62 lakh loss in the year-earlier half. The loss narrowed by Rs 12.34 lakh despite the revenue decline, and basic and diluted earnings per share were negative Rs 0.23, compared with negative Rs 0.35 in the September 2025 half.
The immediately preceding half showed a different outcome. For the six months ended 31 March 2026, Yudiz Solutions reported revenue from operations of Rs 11.53 crore and net profit of Rs 71.65 lakh; by the September 2026 half, revenue had declined to Rs 7.78 crore and the company had returned to a net loss.
What reduced Yudiz Solutions' loss despite lower revenue?
Yudiz Solutions reduced standalone total expenses by Rs 3.88 crore year on year to Rs 8.02 crore, exceeding the Rs 2.45 crore reduction in revenue from operations. As a result, the loss before tax narrowed to Rs 18.55 lakh in the September 2026 half from Rs 51.48 lakh in the September 2025 half.
Employee benefits expense was Rs 5.82 crore, down from Rs 9.46 crore a year earlier, accounting for most of the reduction in total expenses. Other expenses decreased to Rs 1.92 crore from Rs 2.25 crore, while depreciation and amortisation increased to Rs 27.76 lakh from Rs 16.47 lakh.
Finance cost was Rs 28,000 in the September 2026 half, against Rs 1.68 lakh in the prior-year period. Tax expense was Rs 4.73 lakh, taking the Rs 18.55 lakh loss before tax to the reported net loss of Rs 23.28 lakh.
Yudiz Solutions said it operates in one reportable segment, providing information-technology services in and outside India. The filing therefore gives no service-line, geography or customer-level split of the Rs 2.45 crore year-on-year revenue reduction.
Did Yudiz Solutions generate operating cash in the September half?
Yudiz Solutions generated net cash inflow from operating activities of Rs 1.13 crore in the six months ended 30 September 2026, compared with an outflow of Rs 45.19 lakh in the corresponding 2025 half. That Rs 1.58 crore improvement in operating cash flow occurred while the company reported a pre-tax loss of Rs 18.55 lakh.
The cash-flow statement includes a Rs 1.08 crore decrease in trade receivables as a working-capital adjustment during the 2026 half. Standalone trade receivables stood at Rs 20.12 lakh at 30 September 2026, down from Rs 1.26 crore at 31 March 2026; other current liabilities and provisions contributed Rs 8.12 lakh in the cash-flow reconciliation.

Were Yudiz Solutions' September-half results independently reviewed?
Yudiz Solutions' standalone results for the six months ended 30 September 2026 were unaudited and subject to a limited review rather than a statutory audit. The audit committee reviewed and recommended the results, and the board approved them on 6 November 2026.
B Nath & Co. conducted the review under Standard on Review Engagements 2410, which the report says provides moderate assurance and involves less work than an audit. The auditor said nothing had come to its attention that caused it to believe the financial results had failed to disclose information required under the listing regulations.
The filing states that the standalone results for the year ended 31 March 2026 and the half-years ended 31 March 2026 and 30 September 2025 were audited or reviewed by predecessor auditor Das & Prasad. Yudiz Solutions also reported nil investor complaints pending at both the beginning and end of the six months ended 30 September 2026.
Conclusion
Yudiz Solutions' September 2026 half-year result combined a 24% fall in standalone revenue to Rs 7.78 crore with a narrower net loss of Rs 23.28 lakh. Lower employee benefits expense and a Rs 1.13 crore operating cash inflow offset part of the pressure, but cash and cash equivalents declined to Rs 16.36 lakh by 30 September 2026.
The filing discloses no revenue target, recovery plan or scheduled operating milestone. The unresolved issue for the next disclosure is whether revenue recovers from Rs 7.78 crore and whether operating cash generation can continue after the Rs 1.08 crore reduction in trade receivables during the September half.
