CreditAccess Grameen Limited is a Bengaluru-based microfinance institution offering affordable financial products and services primarily to women organized in Joint Liability Groups (JLG).

In Q2 FY26, CreditAccess Grameen reported a 32.9% YoY increase in disbursements to ₹5,322 crore and added 2.2 lakh new borrowers, with 39% being new-to-credit, reflecting strong customer acquisition.

The company is experiencing a strategic shift towards Retail Finance (RF), which now constitutes 11.1% of the AUM, driven by better asset quality and individual business loans.

Despite challenges like heavy rains, the company has maintained a collection efficiency of 94.5% during Q2 FY26 and has undertaken accelerated write-offs to stabilize asset quality.

CreditAccess Grameen continues to expand its reach with 150 new branches in H1 FY26, totaling 2,209. The company's diversified approach aims at achieving robust growth in Retail Finance and stabilizing asset quality.
