Deepak Spinners Limited, incorporated in 1982, specializes in manufacturing synthetic staple fibres yarn and man-made fibres blended yarn. It operates two spinning units located in Guna (Madhya Pradesh) and Baddi (Himachal Pradesh).

The company has gradually expanded its operational capacity since its inception, notably increasing its spindle count and adopting imported technology in various phases.

In 2004, Deepak Spinners entered power generation by establishing a biomass-fueled power plant at its Guna unit, marking a strategic diversification move.

Significant investments in capacity expansion and modernization of machinery marked its operations in 2015, enhancing production capabilities in both Guna and Baddi units.

In 2021-22, the company further improved its infrastructure by commissioning a 66 KV electricity connection at the Baddi plant, enhancing its power reliability.
