When are quarterly results announced in India in 2026?

Quick Answer: Quarterly results in India are announced within 45 days of each quarter-end, under SEBI LODR Regulation 33. Audited annual results follow within 60 days of the financial year-end, and for the quarter ending 30 September 2026 the last date is 14 November 2026. Each company picks its own date inside that window.
No exchange sets a single results day. Each company's board picks its own meeting date and tells NSE and BSE in advance, and the results then have to arrive inside a window fixed by the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, last amended on 14 July 2026.
That leaves two dates to work out for any company. One is the latest date the rules allow; the other is the date its board has actually announced. Below are the FY27 deadlines and three Q2 FY27 board-meeting intimations filed on 17 September 2026.
What are the last dates for FY27 quarterly results?
Companies in India announce results on board-meeting dates they choose, no later than 14 August 2026, 14 November 2026, 14 February 2027 and 30 May 2027 for FY27. Each first-three-quarter date is 45 days after the quarter ends, and the annual date is 60 days after 31 March, under Regulation 33(3).
FY27 results deadlines: our calculation from SEBI LODR Reg 33(3), as amended to 14 July 2026 (as of 18 Sep 2026)
| Quarter | Period ends | What is filed | Window | Last date |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Q1 FY27 | 30 Jun 2026 | Quarterly and year-to-date results | 45 days | 14 Aug 2026 (Friday) |
| Q2 FY27 | 30 Sep 2026 | Quarterly and year-to-date results | 45 days | 14 Nov 2026 (Saturday) |
| Q3 FY27 | 31 Dec 2026 | Quarterly and year-to-date results | 45 days | 14 Feb 2027 (Sunday) |
| Q4 FY27 | 31 Mar 2027 | Audited annual results | 60 days | 30 May 2027 (Sunday) |
The last date is a ceiling, not a scheduled day. A company can report on any day from the quarter-end up to that limit, and the actual day shows up first as a board-meeting intimation on the exchanges.
Where there are subsidiaries, a company files two sets of numbers each time: standalone results for the listed company alone, and consolidated results for the group. Both sit on the same 45-day window under Regulation 33(3)(b).
When will Q2 FY27 results be announced in India in 2026?
Q2 FY27 results will be announced on board-meeting dates between 1 October and 14 November 2026, the 45-day limit after the quarter ends on 30 September. Q2 FY27 board-meeting dates began appearing on NSE from 1 September 2026, when UltraTech Cement and India Cements filed theirs.
Selected Q2 FY27 board-meeting intimations (company filings on NSE, as of 18 Sep 2026)
| Company | Board meeting on Q2 results | Intimation filed |
|---|---|---|
| HCL Technologies Ltd (NSE: HCLTECH) | 12 Oct 2026 | 17 Sep 2026 |
| Axis Bank Ltd (NSE: AXISBANK) | 17 Oct 2026 | 17 Sep 2026 |
| Shree Cement Ltd (NSE: SHREECEM) | 23 Oct 2026 | 17 Sep 2026 |
HCL Technologies' board will also consider a third interim dividend for FY 2026-27 on 12 October, according to its NSE intimation of 17 September 2026. Axis Bank's intimation letter of 17 September 2026 sets its meeting for Saturday, 17 October, with results subject to limited review by its joint statutory auditors.
BSE's Forthcoming Results list held 16 entries as of 18 September 2026, with meeting dates from 18 September to 13 November 2026. Only the 8 entries dated after 30 September, from 12 October to 13 November, can be results meetings for the quarter ending 30 September. A September list is not the full Q2 calendar. The minimum notice is only two working days, and a company can still add its date up to two working days before the meeting.
What deadline does SEBI set for quarterly results?
SEBI's deadline is 45 days after each of the first three quarters (Regulation 33(3)(a)) and 60 days after year-end for audited annual results (33(3)(d)). Those two windows are the standard outer limit for listed companies in India.
Quarterly results can be audited or unaudited. Unaudited results need a limited review report from the statutory auditors as well as board approval, and before the board sees them the CEO and CFO certify that they contain no false or misleading figures (Regulation 33(2)(a)).
The notice rule sits in Regulation 29(1). A company must tell the exchanges about a results board meeting at least two working days in advance, and neither the day of the intimation nor the day of the meeting counts towards that notice. That wording came in with SEBI's LODR amendment effective 17 May 2024; until then, results meetings needed five days' notice.
One exception came in with the amendment effective 13 December 2024. A company whose resolution plan has been approved under section 31 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code gets 90 days from the end of that quarter to report. If the plan is approved in the last quarter, the annual audited results get 120 days.
Where do NSE and BSE publish the results calendar?
Upcoming results are listed by both exchanges, NSE as a Board Meetings list and BSE as a Forthcoming Results list. NSE lists each intimation on its Board Meetings page under Corporate Filings. Each entry shows the company, the meeting date, a purpose tag such as "Financial Results", the time of filing and the company's letter. NSE also runs an Event Calendar page in the same section.
BSE shows scheduled results meetings in its Forthcoming Results list, with the company name, scrip code and meeting date. A company listed on both exchanges sends one letter to both; the HCL Technologies, Axis Bank and Shree Cement letters of 17 September 2026 are each addressed to NSE and BSE.
Filter by purpose. NSE's Board Meetings page carries fund-raising and other board meetings, along with catch-up filings for older periods: CMI Ltd's board meetings in September 2026, for example, were called to approve results for earlier reporting periods.
How do you track results dates for your stocks?
Tracking results dates for your stocks starts from the legal ceiling: adding 45 days to the quarter-end (60 for Q4) gives the latest date the rules allow; after that, watch for the Regulation 29 intimation, which can come as late as two working days before the meeting.
Read each letter for three details: the meeting date, the period covered, and any other agenda item such as a dividend. Some also announce a trading-window closure, such as Axis Bank's from 1 October to 19 October 2026, which is an insider-trading restriction rather than the results date.
Multibagg's Earnings Tracker organises quarterly results, beat rates and earnings trends by financial year, from FY18 to FY27. Its quarter pages have Upcoming and Declared tabs, with filters for your watchlist and portfolio. The Concall Monitor tracks upcoming result meets and holds earnings call recordings and transcripts. Where can you read the quarterly results of companies?
Quarterly results reach NSE and BSE within 30 minutes of a company's board meeting closing, under LODR Regulation 30(6) as amended to 14 July 2026. Since 13 December 2024, a meeting that ends after market hours but more than three hours before the next session gets three hours instead. For a board meeting spread over several days, the clock starts at the end of the session on the day the results were considered.
Regulation 46(2)(l) adds a second copy. Each listed company must post the results on its own website once the approving meeting ends, along with the earlier notice of that meeting. To see which companies have declared and which are still upcoming this quarter, open the Earnings Tracker.
