What business change did Arix Energix make?
Arix Energix expanded beyond its web-based-solutions activity after members approved renewable and non-conventional energy and AI Technology Solutions as new business activities at an Extraordinary General Meeting on 24 June 2026. The company said it started both activities during the period and identified web-based solutions, renewable energy and AI Technology Solutions as operating segments under Indian Accounting Standard 108, or Ind AS 108.
Arix Energix also changed its name from Jupiter Infomedia Limited after the 24 June 2026 member resolution. The Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre issued the new certificate of incorporation on 17 July 2026. The Audit Committee and Board approved the September 2026 results on 5 November 2026, and the statutory auditors expressed an unmodified opinion.
At the consolidated level, Arix Energix has a wider segment structure than the parent company’s three operating segments. The group also reports magazine or information media, exhibition management, and investments or treasury operations. Consolidated total income for the half year ended 30 September 2026 was Rs 1.81 crore, which therefore includes results from these existing activities as well as the new businesses.
How much revenue has renewable energy produced?
Arix Energix reported Rs 15 lakh of renewable and non-conventional energy revenue in the quarter ended 30 June 2026 and the half year ended 30 September 2026. Since no renewable-energy revenue was separately shown for the September quarter, the disclosed Rs 15 lakh half-year amount was recorded in the June quarter.
The renewable-energy segment reported Rs 12.20 lakh of assets at 30 September 2026, down from Rs 17.70 lakh at 30 June 2026. Its segment result was a Rs 5 lakh loss in the September 2026 quarter, and no renewable-energy segment liabilities were separately listed at 30 September.
The standalone accounts show revenue from operations of Rs 15.05 lakh for the half year ended 30 September 2026, compared with Rs 30,000 in the corresponding half year of 2025. That increase coincided with the start of the new activities, although the filing does not disclose renewable-energy customers, projects, capacity, orders or a revenue target.
What has Arix Energix disclosed about its AI business?
Arix Energix reported no separately disclosed AI Technology Solutions revenue in either the September 2026 quarter or the half year ended 30 September 2026. The segment recorded a Rs 31.82 lakh loss in the September quarter, making it the largest disclosed loss among the two new business activities.
AI Technology Solutions had Rs 4 lakh of segment assets and Rs 22.18 lakh of segment liabilities at 30 September 2026. The filing does not describe the AI product offering, commercial model, customer pipeline, capital-expenditure programme or timetable. It states only that the activity began after the object-clause amendment approved on 24 June 2026.
The segment outcome should be separated from consolidated profitability because Arix Energix has several other operations and a large unallocable line. Unallocable income less expenses was a Rs 2.65 crore loss in the September 2026 quarter, compared with a Rs 1 crore loss in the June quarter. The AI loss was therefore one disclosed component of a broader quarterly loss.

Arix Energix reported consolidated revenue from operations of Rs 52.64 lakh for the half year ended 30 September 2026, down from Rs 2.50 crore a year earlier. Total income fell to Rs 1.81 crore from Rs 6.39 crore, while total expenses increased to Rs 4.39 crore from Rs 3.46 crore.
The group recorded a consolidated loss before tax of Rs 2.58 crore for the first half of 2026-27, compared with a profit before tax of Rs 1.93 crore in the first half of 2025-26. In the September 2026 quarter, it reported a Rs 2.59 crore loss before tax, following a Rs 1.72 lakh profit before tax in the June quarter.
Investments or treasury remained the largest reported source of segment income, generating Rs 1.56 crore in the six months to September 2026, compared with Rs 5.14 crore a year earlier. By comparison, renewable energy generated Rs 15 lakh during the half year, while AI Technology Solutions had no separately reported revenue.
What do the assets and cash flows show?
Arix Energix reported consolidated total assets of Rs 39.91 crore at 30 September 2026, compared with Rs 40.43 crore at 31 March 2026. Consolidated equity was Rs 38.37 crore, down from Rs 40.40 crore, while total current liabilities increased to Rs 57.84 lakh from Rs 3.57 lakh at the preceding year-end.
Cash and cash equivalents stood at Rs 33.06 lakh at 30 September 2026, compared with Rs 3.83 crore at 31 March 2026. The half-year cash-flow statement reported Rs 2.33 crore used in operating activities and Rs 1.29 crore used in investing activities.
The cash-flow statement included Rs 2.56 crore of net investment purchases and Rs 1.28 crore of interest received in the half year ended 30 September 2026. Arix Energix did not allocate operating or investing cash flows between renewable energy, AI Technology Solutions and its other segments, so the direct cash requirement of each new activity cannot be determined from this filing.
Conclusion
Arix Energix has formally added renewable energy and AI Technology Solutions to its earlier web-based-solutions activity, but the September 2026 disclosures show both businesses at an early reporting stage. Renewable energy contributed Rs 15 lakh of half-year segment revenue, while AI recorded no separately disclosed revenue and a Rs 31.82 lakh quarterly loss as the group reported a Rs 2.58 crore half-year loss before tax.
The next results will show whether renewable-energy revenue recurs beyond the Rs 15 lakh recorded in the June 2026 quarter and whether AI begins reporting sales after carrying Rs 4 lakh of assets and Rs 22.18 lakh of liabilities at 30 September 2026. Arix Energix has not disclosed a target, project timetable or customer plan for either activity, leaving later segment disclosures as the available measure of progress.
