How did Empower India perform in H1 FY27?
Empower India increased consolidated total income to Rs 76.79 crore in H1 FY27 from Rs 63.12 crore in H1 FY26, a 21.66% year-on-year increase. Consolidated revenue from operations rose to Rs 72.96 crore from Rs 61.25 crore in the corresponding prior-year half, based on unaudited results for the period ended September 30, 2026.
Standalone profit before tax, or PBT, was Rs 3.218 crore in H1 FY27, compared with Rs 1.353 crore in H1 FY26, an increase of 137.73%. Consolidated PBT, however, was Rs 3.3 lakh for H1 FY27, demonstrating a difference between the standalone company result and the consolidated group result reported in the release.
For Q2 FY27, consolidated total income was Rs 37.494 crore, up 51.82% year on year. Standalone PBT was Rs 1.761 crore, compared with a loss before tax of Rs 9.2 lakh in Q2 FY26, while the group recorded a consolidated loss before tax of Rs 14.6 lakh in Q2 FY27.
What is Empower India's data-centre expansion plan?
Empower India is exploring sustainable digital-infrastructure opportunities through customised Green Data Server and Data Centre solutions. The proposed initiative draws on its IT infrastructure integration and data-centre management capabilities, alongside renewable-energy expertise at its subsidiary, Empower Energy Private Limited.
The company identified customised server infrastructure, energy-efficient digital operations and intelligent infrastructure management as proposed focus areas. It said the planned capability development is intended to align with demand for computing capacity, cloud infrastructure and enterprise digitisation, but it disclosed no project location, capacity, customer contract or timetable on November 3, 2026.
The announcement also provided no capital-expenditure figure, expected revenue contribution or operating target for the Green Data Server and Data Centre activity. The disclosed position is therefore an exploration of opportunities and capability development rather than a committed data-centre project with specified commercial terms.
Empower India described sustainable digital infrastructure and data-centre solutions as part of its technology infrastructure strategy. The plan sits beside its reported H1 FY27 consolidated income of Rs 76.79 crore, rather than being identified as a separately reported revenue segment in the September 30, 2026 results release.

How will Empower India implement AI and robotics?
Empower India intends to expand into artificial intelligence, or AI, implementation, robotics and system integration through a partnership-led model. Its stated role is to facilitate deployment, integration and customisation of third-party AI and automation solutions within enterprise systems and business workflows.
The company said this model is intended to help businesses adopt automation, improve operational efficiency and incorporate emerging technologies into existing processes. The release describes implementation and integration of third-party solutions; it does not say Empower India will manufacture robotics equipment or develop proprietary AI models.
Management linked the AI, robotics and system-integration plan to a broader strategy covering technology infrastructure, digital solutions and engineering-led opportunities. Rajesh Chavan, Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer, said on November 3, 2026 that strategic partnerships and disciplined expansion would be part of the route to converting these initiatives into sustainable business opportunities.
The company did not disclose the identity of a technology partner, the number of planned deployments or a value for AI and robotics contracts. As a result, the release establishes the intended operating approach but does not quantify a revenue target or financial contribution from these activities after H1 FY27.
What does the Valiance Engineers proposal involve?
Empower India has signed an indicative, non-binding term sheet to propose acquiring 100% of Valiance Engineers Private Limited through a contemplated non-cash share-swap arrangement. The release does not disclose a valuation, share-swap ratio, number of shares, target completion date or financial information for Valiance Engineers.
The company said the proposed transaction is expected to strengthen its engineering and project-execution capabilities and support infrastructure and engineering-led opportunities. That is a stated expected benefit of the proposed acquisition, rather than a completed operational outcome, because the transaction had not closed as of November 3, 2026.
Due diligence, definitive agreements and requisite corporate and regulatory approvals remain conditions for the proposal. The term sheet being non-binding means the disclosed arrangement does not establish that the acquisition will complete or that it will proceed on the contemplated non-cash share-swap terms.
Chavan described the proposed Valiance Engineers transaction as a step towards expanding engineering and project-execution capabilities. The stated priorities also include progressing the acquisition, developing data-centre opportunities, advancing AI and robotics integration, and exploring strategic partnerships across technology-enabled business segments.
Conclusion
Empower India’s H1 FY27 release combines a 21.66% increase in consolidated total income to Rs 76.79 crore with a proposed expansion across digital infrastructure, AI implementation, robotics and engineering execution. Standalone PBT rose 137.73% to Rs 3.218 crore, while the group’s consolidated PBT was Rs 3.3 lakh and Q2 consolidated loss before tax was Rs 14.6 lakh.
The next disclosed items to watch are progress in strategic partnerships and capability development, along with due diligence, definitive agreements, and corporate and regulatory approvals for the proposed 100% acquisition of Valiance Engineers. Empower India has not disclosed project commitments, data-centre capacity, AI or robotics contracts, or transaction terms for the contemplated share swap.
