What is Exicom changing at the 75D Facility?
Exicom is transferring the manufacturing activities and relevant plant and machinery at Plot No. 75D, Sector 18, Gurugram, to its existing facilities in Hyderabad and Solan. The board approved the transition on November 4, 2026, describing the action as a consolidation of the manufacturing footprint.
The company said the mechanism is internal redeployment rather than an asset transaction. Its disclosure states that a binding agreement for sale is not applicable because no sale or disposal of the 75D Facility is contemplated.
Exicom has said the consolidation is intended to improve use of manufacturing infrastructure, streamline operations and achieve operational efficiencies and synergies. The filing does not disclose the carrying value of the plant and machinery to be moved, the cost of relocation, or any expected savings from the transfer.
The plan also does not identify whether the Gurugram facility makes Critical Power products, Electric Vehicle (EV) Charger products, or both. It only specifies that the manufacturing activities and relevant equipment will move into the Hyderabad and Solan manufacturing network.
When will Exicom complete the Gurugram manufacturing transition?
Exicom expects to complete the transition of manufacturing operations from the 75D Facility by November 15, 2026. This date is 11 days after the board approved the proposal on November 4, 2026.
The company did not provide a phased timetable for moving production between Gurugram, Hyderabad and Solan. It also did not disclose a production stoppage date at 75D, installation milestones at the receiving sites, or a split of machinery and product lines between the two locations.
The disclosure labels the item as a transition and consolidation, not a closure. Although the filing includes a field for an estimated closure date, Exicom marked closure as not applicable and instead provided November 15, 2026 as the expected completion date for the manufacturing transition.
Exicom has not disclosed employee arrangements, customer continuity plans or capacity utilisation at the Hyderabad and Solan facilities. Those matters remain unresolved in the November 4 announcement despite the short period to the stated completion date.
How material was the 75D Facility to Exicom’s standalone business?
The 75D Facility generated FY 2025-26 turnover of Rs 386.30 crore, equal to about 9.64% of Exicom’s standalone turnover of Rs 3,894.80 crore. Exicom also reported attributable net worth of Rs 51.18 crore for the unit, about 5.50% of standalone net worth of Rs 2,931.22 crore.
The turnover share exceeded the attributable-net-worth share by 4.14 percentage points. However, Exicom did not disclose facility-level profit, production volume, capacity, employee count or working-capital data, so the filing does not establish the profitability or output intensity of the 75D Facility.
The company has supplied these measures only for FY 2025-26. It has not reported 75D turnover for the six months ended September 30, 2026, meaning the disclosed Rs 386.30 crore figure is the latest stated gauge of the facility’s financial contribution before the planned transfer.

Which Exicom segments could be linked to the transition?
Exicom has not assigned the 75D Facility to a specific segment, although its standalone reporting identifies Critical Power and EV Charger businesses. In the quarter ended September 30, 2026, Critical Power reported Rs 170.7902 crore of revenue and EV Charger reported Rs 106.1920 crore.
Critical Power revenue declined by Rs 5.2293 crore from the preceding quarter but rose by Rs 9.3102 crore from the corresponding quarter a year earlier. EV Charger revenue increased by Rs 55.3824 crore sequentially and by Rs 40.1877 crore year on year.
For the six months ended September 30, 2026, standalone Critical Power revenue was Rs 346.8097 crore and EV Charger revenue was Rs 167.0016 crore. Exicom has not connected these segment movements to the 75D decision, so the reported changes do not explain the manufacturing consolidation.
What do Exicom’s latest results show before the transfer?
Exicom reported standalone revenue from operations of Rs 513.8113 crore for the six months ended September 30, 2026, compared with Rs 379.0440 crore in the corresponding six months of 2025. Standalone profit after tax was Rs 12.7134 crore, compared with a loss after tax of Rs 1.8363 crore a year earlier.
For the quarter ended September 30, 2026, standalone profit before tax was Rs 10.3210 crore, up from Rs 4.7817 crore in the corresponding quarter of 2025. Quarterly standalone profit after tax was Rs 7.7953 crore, compared with Rs 5.9157 crore a year earlier.
At the consolidated level, Exicom recorded a loss after tax of Rs 130.3545 crore for the six months ended September 30, 2026, compared with a loss after tax of Rs 151.9479 crore in the corresponding period of 2025. The board separately approved a proposed divestment of the Tritium business on November 4, 2026, which the filing presents as distinct from the 75D manufacturing consolidation.
The standalone and consolidated results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026 were reviewed by Khandelwal Jain & Co. under a limited-review engagement. The auditor stated that nothing had come to its attention to indicate that the results did not disclose information required by the listing regulations.
Conclusion
Exicom’s plan is a manufacturing consolidation, not a disclosed sale, closure or disposal of the 75D Facility. The decision covers a unit that represented Rs 386.30 crore of FY 2025-26 standalone turnover, with production activities and relevant machinery set to be redeployed to Hyderabad and Solan.
The next disclosed milestone is November 15, 2026, when Exicom expects the transition to be complete. The filing leaves production continuity, relocation expenditure, employee arrangements, receiving-site capacity and the segment mix moving from Gurugram unresolved, making subsequent company disclosures relevant to implementation.
