Om Galaxy’s WONDRA cleaning-products revenue reached Rs 4.79 crore
Ask Iris
Om Galaxy Limited generated Rs 4.7905 crore from WONDRA cleaning products in Fiscal 2026, the first year the segment was separately reported after the company identified and entered the category in Fiscal 2025. WONDRA contributed 3.86% of Om Galaxy’s Rs 124.0014 crore revenue from operations in Fiscal 2026.
How much revenue did WONDRA generate in FY26?
WONDRA generated Rs 4.7905 crore in Fiscal 2026, while Om Galaxy reported no cleaning-products revenue for Fiscal 2025 or Fiscal 2024 in its product-wise revenue disclosure. Shetty Naik & Associates, the statutory auditor, certified the product-wise revenue table on August 26, 2026. The cleaning-products line includes mops, brushes, scrubbers, wipers and brooms manufactured under the WONDRA brand.
The new line represented 3.86% of Fiscal 2026 revenue from operations of Rs 124.0014 crore. Total revenue from operations increased from Rs 112.6612 crore in Fiscal 2025 and Rs 104.5568 crore in Fiscal 2024, while WONDRA was a separately disclosed contributor only in Fiscal 2026. The source does not provide a separate WONDRA profit figure or sales volume.
Pipe fitting moulds remained Om Galaxy’s principal revenue vertical at Rs 91.2920 crore, or 73.62% of Fiscal 2026 revenue from operations. WONDRA revenue exceeded hot runner system revenue of Rs 2.6359 crore but remained below industrial mould revenue of Rs 7.5665 crore. The comparison shows that the consumer line was measurable in Fiscal 2026, while the group remained primarily dependent on mould manufacturing.
Why did Om Galaxy enter WONDRA cleaning products?
Om Galaxy entered WONDRA cleaning products as a forward-integration move from its historical business-to-business, or B2B, mould-design and manufacturing operations into finished goods. The company identified the opportunity during Fiscal 2025 and said the new business uses a business-to-consumer, or B2C, model. B2B refers to sales to business customers, while B2C refers to sales directed to end consumers.
The company manufactures moulds and finished cleaning products, including mops, brushes, scrubbers, wipers and brooms. As of June 30, 2026, Om Galaxy had 77 stock-keeping units, or SKUs, under WONDRA. An SKU is a distinct product identifier used to track individual items within a product range.
Om Galaxy said its ability to manufacture certain finished products is limited by non-compete and customer-relationship considerations because it supplies moulds to other manufacturers. The company said the selected cleaning categories allow it to pursue finished-product sales without competing with customers’ existing end products. That distinction is material because repeat customers other than the WONDRA segment generated Rs 90.1178 crore, or 75.60%, of relevant Fiscal 2026 revenue from operations.
WONDRA products are sold to households and commercial and non-commercial establishments through distributor networks and online marketplaces. This differs from Om Galaxy’s mould business, where it generally receives direct orders from domestic and international customers in building materials, plastics and polymer processing, automotive, auto components and industrial engineering. Continued expansion of WONDRA therefore depends on distribution and consumer access as well as manufacturing capability.
What manufacturing base supports WONDRA cleaning-products sales?
WONDRA is made at Om Galaxy facilities in Vasai, District Palghar, Maharashtra, that also support mould manufacturing. Manufacturing Unit II has an area of 9,768 square feet and produces pipe fitting moulds, industrial moulds and cleaning products. Manufacturing Unit III has an area of 26,376.20 square feet and also produces pipe fitting moulds, industrial moulds and cleaning products.
Om Galaxy and its subsidiaries operated seven manufacturing units covering 88,652.16 square feet. Across those operations, the group manufactured 351 pipe fitting and industrial moulds and 89 automotive moulds in Fiscal 2026. The prospectus does not disclose WONDRA’s Fiscal 2026 output, capacity utilisation or the number of distributors.
Om Galaxy is constructing an integrated manufacturing unit at Poman, Vasai, on 123,786 square feet of land, with a proposed building area of 183,965.67 square feet. Installation and commissioning of new machinery and equipment are proposed to be completed by June 2027, with commercial production expected from July 2027. Machinery transfers from existing units are expected to begin in July 2027 and be completed gradually by July 2028.
The proposed capacity disclosure identifies 450 square feet for WONDRA and annual installed capacity of 1,100 metric tonnes per annum. The assumptions include 300 working days annually, two eight-hour shifts a day, adequate raw materials, skilled manpower and power supply, and no factory shutdown, strike or lockdown. These figures are proposed capacity assumptions rather than reported WONDRA production.
How large is the market WONDRA is targeting?
WONDRA targets non-electric household cleaning products, for which the commissioned Ken Research report estimated a serviceable available market of Rs 8,251.0 crore in Fiscal 2026. This serviceable available market refers to the organised non-electric categories relevant to WONDRA’s current range. It excludes electric cleaning equipment from the narrower addressable category.
The broader total addressable market for India’s household cleaning consumables and equipment was estimated at Rs 23,078.8 crore in Fiscal 2026. It includes electric products such as vacuum cleaners and robotic vacuum cleaners, along with non-electric products including brooms, mops, brushes, scrubbers, wipers, dusters, microfiber cloths, sponges, buckets, cleaning gloves and waste bins or bags. The report defines these non-electric products as consumables that are regularly replaced because of wear and tear.
Ken Research estimated WONDRA’s serviceable obtainable market at Rs 24 crore in Fiscal 2026, reflecting its initial market penetration and distribution expansion. Om Galaxy’s reported Rs 4.7905 crore of cleaning-products revenue equalled about one-fifth of that estimate. The serviceable obtainable market is an opportunity estimate, not a company revenue forecast or commitment.
The prospectus also identifies a potential serviceable obtainable market of Rs 100 crore by Fiscal 2030 for WONDRA, representing stated potential market share of 1.04% in household cleaning products. Ken Research prepared the industry report for Om Galaxy in connection with the issue, and the prospectus notes that commissioned industry data is subject to inherent risks. Achieving the stated Fiscal 2030 potential would require expansion of WONDRA’s distribution-led B2C model.
Conclusion
WONDRA added Rs 4.7905 crore of Fiscal 2026 revenue for Om Galaxy after the company entered the cleaning-products segment in Fiscal 2025. The contribution accounted for 3.86% of Rs 124.0014 crore in revenue from operations, establishing a separately disclosed consumer-products stream while pipe fitting moulds retained a 73.62% share of group revenue.
The next disclosed milestones are completion of machinery installation by June 2027, expected commercial production at the Poman unit from July 2027, and phased machinery transfers through July 2028. The key unresolved operating measures are WONDRA’s production volume, distributor count, capacity utilisation and profitability, none of which Om Galaxy disclosed for Fiscal 2026.
