What does JNK India’s Nigeria heater-package order cover?
JNK India’s Nigeria order covers the design, engineering, manufacturing, supply and transportation of a heater package. The company said the order, received from JNK Global, is worth around Rs 500 crore and has an 18-month delivery timeline.
The presentation does not identify the end customer, the location of the project within Nigeria, payment terms or the schedule for recognising revenue. The disclosed Rs 500 crore is therefore the stated order value, rather than revenue reported in H1FY27.
JNK India also disclosed two domestic flare-package orders aggregating Rs 30 crore, with a 16-month execution timeline. One order covers design, engineering, manufacture, procurement and supply on a delivery-at-site basis, while the other includes installation, erection, pre-commissioning, commissioning, performance testing and handover.
The Nigeria heater package is the larger of the newly disclosed awards, at around Rs 500 crore versus Rs 30 crore for the two domestic flare orders combined. Its stated timeline is also two months longer, at 18 months against 16 months, although JNK India did not disclose order-level margins for either package.
How is JNK India’s Rs 5,000 crore bidding pipeline split?
JNK India’s bidding pipeline is about Rs 5,000 crore excluding recent order wins, with a 50:50 split between domestic and export markets. On the basis of that stated split, domestic and export opportunities each represent approximately Rs 2,500 crore.
The company said it is diversifying the pipeline across geographies and sectors, including metals and minerals as new sectors. The presentation does not quantify the metals and minerals portion, name customers, disclose the number of bids, or give likely award dates for the opportunities.
The pipeline is distinct from the reported order book because JNK India explicitly excludes recent order wins from the Rs 5,000 crore amount. Management expects some opportunities to translate into orders in the coming period, but did not provide a conversion target or probability.
The disclosed recent awards were weighted towards the international project. The around Rs 500 crore Nigeria heater order accounts for about 94% of the Rs 530 crore combined value of the Nigeria and domestic flare-package wins, while the domestic orders account for the remaining Rs 30 crore.

How does the new order compare with JNK India’s order book?
JNK India reported an order book of Rs 1,662 crore as of September 30, 2026, compared with Rs 1,961 crore at March 2026 and Rs 1,082 crore at March 2025. The September balance was Rs 299 crore below March 2026 but Rs 580 crore above March 2025.
The order book increased from Rs 624 crore at March 2024 to Rs 1,662 crore at September 2026, though it declined from the Rs 1,961 crore reported at March 2026. JNK India does not state whether the full Rs 530 crore aggregate of the recently disclosed Nigeria and domestic orders is included in the September 30, 2026 order-book figure.
The order-book slide lists order inflow of about Rs 530 crore in a row labelled “Nov-27*”, while the footnote says the figure is through November 5, 2026. JNK India does not explain the “Nov-27” label, but the approximately Rs 530 crore inflow matches the combined disclosed value of the around Rs 500 crore Nigeria order and Rs 30 crore domestic orders.
What does the order pipeline mean for JNK India’s FY27 plan?
JNK India management maintained FY27 revenue-growth guidance of 20% to 25% and earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) margin guidance of 12% to 14%. Management said H2 has historically contributed around 60% to 70% of annual revenue because project execution is usually more intensive in the second half.
For H1FY27, JNK India reported total operational revenue of Rs 370.2 crore, up 30.4% from Rs 283.9 crore in H1FY26. Revenue from operations rose 31.2% to Rs 364 crore, while EBITDA increased 50.0% to Rs 39.4 crore and EBITDA margin rose to 10.6% from 9.2%.
The Q2FY27 top-line increase was slower than the half-year growth rate. Total operational revenue rose 3.4% year on year to Rs 187.5 crore in Q2FY27, while EBITDA increased 6.6% to Rs 20.8 crore; management attributed temporary execution challenges during the quarter to shipment delays and monsoon-related disruption.
The Rs 1,662 crore order book and the separate Rs 5,000 crore bidding pipeline provide the disclosed base for management’s plan to execute projects and pursue new conversions. Management also said JNK India is expanding into renewable energy and related industries, but the presentation provides no revenue target, capital commitment or timetable for those adjacent activities.
Conclusion
JNK India’s around Rs 500 crore Nigeria heater-package award is substantially larger than its Rs 30 crore domestic flare-package wins and adds an international project with an 18-month delivery schedule. Alongside the Rs 1,662 crore order book at September 30, 2026, the evenly divided Rs 5,000 crore bidding pipeline shows that management is pursuing both domestic and export opportunities.
Next, investors can watch execution of the Nigeria order over its stated 18-month timeline, conversion of bids from the Rs 5,000 crore pipeline, and H2FY27 performance. Management has retained guidance for 20% to 25% FY27 revenue growth and a 12% to 14% EBITDA margin, while stating that H2 historically contributes around 60% to 70% of annual revenue.
